amazing holiday once you get to destination but the booking prior to going was abysmal, WW staff were really difficult to work with, lack of support in changing agenda, flights etc. WW need to train their UK teams since Covid has hit and new staff recruited that are lacking in experience. The Goa extension was in an inappropriate conference hotel 2.5 miles from beach rather than the beach relaxation it was sold as. difficult to relax with 170 delegates running around the pool doing 'team building' every day. Inspiring India tour guide informed us that he has reported this to WW as an inappropriate hotel, however that didn't help us for our holiday and we've been told not to expect to get any compensation for the issue either.

Well paced, knowledgeable guide, reasonable hotels

A good tour which covered a lot of ground, early starts and long coach journeys but these are necessary when you consider the amount of ground we covered and all the cities and sights we saw.

Answered all my questions quickly and efficiently

Spoke to Steve about the Inspiring India tour in Jan 2024, he told us there was only one place left and two of us wished to travel. He stated he would check back with a manager and get back to me, which he did in a very prompt fashion informing us we could both travel on our desired dates. Then went on to make our booking. A very professional service as always. This is the sort of service I have come to expect of Wendy Wu having travelled with them a number of times.

It was a pleasant and helpful experience. Natasha is ever so informative and replied to emails promptly.

I booked a tour to India, travelling from Manchester. Natasha was most helpful by providing me with different options and promptly emailing details. The booking process and follow up documentation was very good. The visa application process was also easy.

A couple of the hotels were not as clean as could have been. The guide and lovely lad that helped us on the coach were amazing, couldn’t do enough for us. Some of the hotels were beautiful old colonial style and the food was mainly very good. The ultimatum was spot on and what we saw in the 15 days was breathtakingly beautiful. Loved the culture and wacky ways truly magical experience.

The holiday itself was excellent, good guide, driver and helper. It was a full on tour with the only real free time after dinner. Some long days driving, but so much to see. Good standard of accommodation with variety. Sometimes the food offerings were the same everyday, with far too much food provided. Although the odd day there was variety which was greatly appreciated.
There was one totally unsuitable traveller on the tour in relation to her fitness level, amongst other issues, which impacted on the dynamics within the group and slowed the group down.
I had a lot of difficulties with the booking process through the London office. I originally booked for 2020, due to the pandemic I postponed it in 2020, until October 2022, by this time the holiday was then very different to that originally booked. The flights were changed numerous times. The lounge pass issued was for the wrong airport. There were issues in relation to obtaining the visa. Amongst other issues. I was sent an information booklet for South East Asia, not India, and still haven’t received it. Staff were always very pleasant, but I encountered a lot of problems.
To top it all I returned home with no luggage, thanks to British Airways and their code share partners!

I was very impressed by the efficiency of the Tour Guide in India.He was informative, humorous, and utterly dependable when facing the rearrangement of travel plans which had changed at short notice due to the coronavirus pandemic.I was delighted to see all sites on our itinerary were availiable to visit

It was good in that we saw a lot of the Golden Triangle, but it was also very tiring! With a bit of thought, it could have been more relaxed.
